Responsible Play
Tools for staying in control, how each one works, and what to do if playing has stopped being enjoyable.
This document is a plain-language baseline written for the Juwacity777 VIP site build. It has not been reviewed by a qualified lawyer and it is not tailored to the laws of any particular country. It must be reviewed, completed with the operator's registered details, and adapted to the jurisdictions the platform operates in before this site goes live.
Our position
Games should be entertainment you can walk away from. Everything below exists so that walking away is easy at the moment you want to, rather than something you have to fight the interface to do.
We treat these as product features, not as a compliance page nobody reads. They are available from account setup, before you have played anything.
The tools
Session reminders
Set a timer or alarm on your phone before you open the app. It does not stop anything - it tells you how long you have been playing.
This is the one most people find most useful, because the common problem is not wanting to play too long, it is losing track of time. Reminders are particularly worth setting for continuous formats such as Nova Draw and shared fish tables, neither of which has a natural stopping point.
Play limits
A cap you set on your own play. Where a reminder informs, a limit acts. Set it at a level you would be comfortable with on a bad day rather than a good one — a limit you would resent is a limit you will remove.
Self-exclusion
A break for a fixed period, or permanently. Request it by messaging us on WhatsApp, Telegram or Messenger, and tell us how long you want.
A self-exclusion cannot be lifted early. That is the entire mechanism, not an inconvenience to be negotiated. A break you can end whenever you feel like ending it would be lifted on exactly the occasions it was meant to cover. Please do not ask us to make an exception; we will not.
During a self-exclusion we will not send you promotional messages.
Set them before you need them
The best time to decide how long you want to play is before you start, when the decision costs nothing and you have no stake in the next round. Deciding mid-session is a completely different decision made under completely different conditions, and it usually produces a different answer.
We wrote about why this works in setting limits before you need them.
Signs worth taking seriously
Not a diagnostic tool, and not exhaustive. Worth noticing in yourself:
- Playing longer than intended repeatedly, rather than occasionally.
- Playing to change how you feel rather than because you want to play.
- Being unwilling to mention how much you play to someone who would ask reasonably.
- Feeling irritated by the suggestion of a limit rather than indifferent to it.
- Returning immediately after a session you did not enjoy.
- Playing when you had planned to do something else, more than once.
None of these is a verdict. Any one of them is a good enough reason to set a reminder today.
Under 18
This platform is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Accounts found to belong to anyone under 18 are closed.
If you share a device with children, most operating systems and browsers offer parental controls and content filtering at the system level, which are considerably more effective than any per-site setting.
Independent support
If gaming has stopped being entertainment, please talk to someone independent of us. Free, confidential support services exist in most countries and are far better placed to help than a platform's support inbox.
In the United States, the National Problem Gambling Helpline is free, confidential and open 24/7: call 1-800-GAMBLER (1-800-426-2537). The National Council on Problem Gambling lists state resources at ncpgambling.org, and Gamblers Anonymous runs free meetings nationwide (gamblersanonymous.org).
What we will do
- Apply a self-exclusion when you ask for one, without argument.
- Prioritise responsible-play messages ahead of general support enquiries.
- Never send an offer designed to bring you back during a break.
- Never present a limit as something you are giving up.
