Legal
Cookie Policy
A short policy, because this site uses very little. No advertising cookies, no analytics trackers, no cross-site profiling.
This document is a plain-language baseline written for the Juwacity777 VIP site build. It has not been reviewed by a qualified lawyer and it is not tailored to the laws of any particular country. It must be reviewed, completed with the operator's registered details, and adapted to the jurisdictions the platform operates in before this site goes live.
The short version
This website currently sets no advertising cookies and no analytics cookies. There is no consent banner because, as the site stands, there is nothing to consent to beyond what is strictly necessary to make it work.
That is a deliberate design decision, not an oversight. If it ever changes, a proper consent mechanism will be added at the same time — not afterwards.
What we actually use
Browser storage (not cookies)
The site stores a very small amount of state in your own browser using sessionStorage.
This never leaves your device and is never sent to us.
| Key | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|
jc777:splash-seen | Remembers that you have already seen the loading screen, so it is not shown again | Until you close the browser tab |
Strictly necessary cookies
Once accounts are live, a session cookie will be required to keep you signed in. A cookie of that kind is exempt from consent requirements in most jurisdictions because the service cannot function without it — but it will be documented in the table above before it ships.
Infrastructure
The site is served through a content delivery network. A CDN may set its own strictly necessary cookies for security purposes, such as distinguishing a real visitor from an automated attack. These are not used to profile you or to serve advertising.
What we do not use
- No advertising or retargeting cookies.
- No third-party analytics scripts.
- No social media tracking pixels.
- No cross-site identifiers or fingerprinting.
You can verify this yourself: open your browser's developer tools, look at the Network and Application tabs, and see what is actually loaded. We would rather you checked than took our word for it.
Managing cookies and storage
Every major browser lets you view, block and delete cookies and site data from its settings — usually under Privacy or Site Settings. Clearing this site's storage will simply mean the loading screen appears once more.
Blocking strictly necessary cookies once accounts are live will prevent you from staying signed in. That is a consequence of how sessions work, not a penalty.
Changes
If we add any cookie beyond strictly necessary ones, this page will be updated and a consent mechanism will be introduced before those cookies are set. See also our Privacy Policy.
